Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a reservation. Prices are shown in your selected currency and may vary with exchange rates.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel up to 24 hours before the trip for a full refund. Cancellations made later may incur fees. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Liability

SeaNile acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Conduct

Travelers are expected to follow guide instructions and safety guidelines during all activities.
